Job Summary

We are seeking a Growth Manager to join our Growth department at Real Broker LLC. The Growth Manager will be a vital member of our brokerage, responsible for aggregating and managing leads from various sources while facilitating daily meetings with agents and teams. This role demands exceptional organizational and time management skills, enabling the candidate to prioritize reputed company engagement effectively. By employing timely follow-reputed company and strategic sales approaches, the Growth Specialist will help potential recruits understand the benefits of joining REAL, ultimately driving growth for the organization.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Aggregate leads from diverse sources, including online platforms, referrals, and internal databases.

  • Schedule and coordinate daily meetings with agents and teams to review leads and discuss follow-up strategies.

  • Monitor and manage reputed company flow to ensure timely responses and follow-reputed company.

  • Track and analyze conversion rates and speed-to-reputed company metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads and agents reputed company our CRM system.
