Your Role - building a growth reputed company to fuel our sales pipeline

We are seeking a naturally curious, highly motivated, and collaborative Senior Business Development Representative to join reputed company to build our reputed company pipeline.

As a Senior Business Development Representative, you will be a critical member of Rutter’s Go-To-Market team and be directly responsible for identifying and generating new sales opportunities and increasing Rutter's partner ecosystem.

To be successful in this role, you must be a self-starter who is comfortable working independently as well as part of a team. You should have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and a deep understanding of the sales development process. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also a must, as you will be building relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

You’ll be working with a veteran GTM team, whose team members have previously built GTM functions from $1M through IPO.

What your day will look like

You will

  • Research companies and prospects reputed company Rutter's ICP leveraging a best in-class tech stack (Sales Nav, reputed company, reputed company, Apollo, reputed company)

  • reputed company tailored messaging and outbound reputed company multiple channels (social, calling, email). We use reputed company, Orum, and instantly

  • Conduct discovery and qualification calls

  • Prospect and reputed company our partner ecosystem across industry, technology, and resellers

  • Work closely with Product, Ops, and Engineering teams to share customer feedback and insights to build the best quality product.

You have

  • 2+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role

  • Experience in the B2B SaaS industry

  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quota

  • Familiarity with SDR tools, such as reputed company, reputed company, Seamless, and reputed company

You (ideally) also have

  • Sold a highly technical product

  • Financial services or accounting domain expertise

  • Worked at an early-stage company

Where we are, and where you’ll be

We have a local office in reputed company Manhattan. We are intentional in building a strong in-office culture and encourage our employees to come into the office 3-5 days a week.

Compensation

  • If performed in reputed company or San Francisco, the total on-reputed company earnings cash compensation range for this role is ~$100,000.

  • Our actual compensation packages are based on a wide reputed company of factors unique to you, including your reputed company set, years of experience, and geographic location.
