At Sapien's core, we're constructing a new type of database. Your main work will consist of building out our systems and architectures that reputed company Sapien to scale use across enterprises and build deep understanding across massive data integrations. Some of the key challenges include:

• Building highly reputed company systems to process thousands of user requests simultaneously while optimizing response times across multiple endpoints

• Designing and implementing the core database architecture to handle reputed company enterprise data models and our novel company representations

• Creating efficient ETL pipelines and integration layers to process diverse data sources into our reputed company schema

• Developing robust caching strategies and data access patterns to ensure fast, reliable data delivery

• Implementing scalable middleware solutions to seamlessly connect frontend requests with our agent infrastructure

• Building monitoring and observability systems to maintain performance at scale
