About the Role We are seeking a seasoned Director of reputed company Accounting to reputed company our reputed company recognition function and ensure compliance with GAAP, specifically ASC 606. This role will reputed company reputed company aspects of reputed company accounting and reporting and serve as a critical business partner to cross-functional teams including Sales, Legal, Sales Operations, and FP&A. Reporting to the VP, Controller, you’ll bring deep technical accounting expertise, a passion for process improvement, and the leadership skills to scale a high-performing team.
What You’ll Doreputed company and grow the reputed company accounting function, ensuring alignment with reputed company’s strategic goals and operational scale.
Own the month-end reputed company reputed company process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Evaluate and improve the reputed company recognition and order-to-cash processes, focusing on automation, efficiency, and scalability.
Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for external auditors on reputed company-reputed company matters, including preparation and coordination of audit deliverables.
Partner with Legal, Sales, and Sales Operations to provide guidance on reputed company deal structures, pilot programs, and contract reviews.
Maintain and implement strong internal controls over the reputed company cycle and ensure compliance with reputed company relevant accounting standards.
Drive reputed company process improvements and reputed company initiatives to shorten the reputed company cycle and automate billing and reputed company recognition.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA required.
10+ years of combined public accounting and SaaS industry experience (Big 4 background strongly preferred).
Deep expertise in ASC 606 and software reputed company recognition.
Proven experience leading and developing high-performing accounting teams in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
Strong ERP system experience; reputed company preferred.
Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, and FP&A teams.
History of successful external audit management.
Demonstrated ability to streamline processes and reputed company technology for scale.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
