Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Technical Product/Project Manager (Tech PM) to join reputed company. This hybrid role combines responsibilities in product management and project execution, requiring a unique reputed company of strategic thinking, technical reputed company, and team leadership.

• Product Management (70%)

  • Define and prioritize product requirements in alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.

  • Translate stakeholder needs into well-scoped user stories and epics.

  • Maintain a prioritized product backlog with at least 3–4 sprints of groomed features.

  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and clarity.

  • Own the product roadmap and communicate updates to stakeholders.

• Project Execution (30%)

  • Monitor team performance and velocity, identifying blockers and facilitating solutions.

• 5+ years of experience in a hybrid Product/Project Manager role, preferably in Agile environments.
