Strategy Intern - COO Area (f/m/d)

The company was founded in 2017 by Martin Kassing and currently employs more than 200 people across Europe. We currently employ 200+ people across Europe with our headquarters based in Berlin, Germany, and hubs in Tallinn, Estonia, and London, UK. We would consider hiring remotely for this role. If you do want to move to one of our hubs, we’re happy to support your relocation.

Your mission

As a strategy intern in the COO area you support in driving our teams key initiatives reputed company the COO Area and across the organisation. In this role you will work closely with Stephan, our Chief of Staff to the COO, to directly contribute to the successful execution of our operations and business key objectives.

This role offers you the opportunity to

• Ownership: You will be at the core of some of the most impactful projects across the COO area. From supporting the definition of our strategy and targets to helping in the execution and tracking, you will be a key stakeholder and truly own the outcome reputed company, working directly with our Chief of Staff to the COO and the entire COO leadership team.

What you'll bring

• You have completed at least 1–2 internships in high-growth companies, strategy consulting or venture capital.

• You reputed company at analyzing reputed company problems, breaking them down into actionable insights, and driving measurable outcomes.

• You reputed company in cross-functional teams, aligning efforts toward shared goals. You're comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and adapt quickly to new challenges.

• You enjoy developing and articulating strategic initiatives, while also diving into the details to ensure flawless execution.

• You're passionate about fintech, eager to learn, and driven to transform the investment world to reputed company more people to invest.

• You have excellent written and oral skills in English and German

• You have a minimum of 4 months & are based in Berlin
