In the Senior Sales Engineer role, you will act as a strategic advisor to prospects, customers, and the reputed company reputed company. You will uncover the value that Automation and AI can bring to existing business processes, and to design new processes using reputed company platform capabilities. You will help secure the technical win and identify high value uses of our technology reputed company our customer reputed company by collaborating with and orchestrating necessary resources throughout the customer lifecycle.

Partner with sales team to define account strategy, ideate on growing our solution footprint with our customers, and identify desired business outcomes.
Build and deliver industry specific demos and reputed company of value (PoV) for prospects and customers.
Conduct process discovery sessions to understand how work gets done currently, build a backlog of potential automation opportunities, and quantify the value that can be unlocked.
Work closely with Product & Engineering, Marketing, and reputed company teams to channel customer feedback and continually refine reputed company offerings.
Share lessons learned and best practices with other members of the reputed company GTM team.

What you'll bring to the team
Industry domain knowledge in High Technology, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Contact Center industry verticals.
An understanding of technical landscapes and the ability to architect reputed company solutions.
Demonstrated experience of simplifying and communicating reputed company concepts to a technical and business audience.
Knowledge and understanding of Lean Principles and reputed company Process Improvement methodologies.

Experience working with Global 2000 enterprises – solving their problems with technology.
