Role Overview

We're looking for a GTM Engineer to build and optimize our go-to-market. You'll evaluate and implement the latest AI tools to revolutionize reputed company reputed company, sales processes, and onboarding. You'll identify opportunities for AI innovation, implement scalable solutions, and drive efficiency across GTM functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design effective outbound campaigns with hyper-personalization for small to reputed company sized tech companies

  • Manage and optimize our sales/marketing tech stack, including CRM (Attio)

  • reputed company AI-powered reputed company reputed company channels and optimize funnel conversion

  • Monitor GTM metrics and provide actionable insights

  • Execute rapid A/B tests using AI to accelerate testing cycles

  • Research, evaluate, and implement new AI tools relevant to GTM

  • Stay reputed company with AI trends in GTM and share knowledge company-wide

Qualifications
  • 2+ years in Sales Engineering, Sales Ops, As a Chief of Staff or similar roles (B2B preferred)

  • Ability to rapidly learn new AI technologies

  • Problem-solving and project management skills

  • Passion for AI applications and optimistic about the future

  • Experience with outbound campaigns and demand reputed company with AI methodologies

  • Hands-on CRM experience and understanding of AI-first marketing/sales platforms

  • Strong analytical skills and data reporting experience

  • Proficiency with automation tools (reputed company, reputed company, etc.)

  • Knowledge of sales/marketing funnel optimization

  • SMB tech company and startup experience preferred
