Your RoleYou are a trusted advisor, product consultant, and a closer – you’re working with customers to deliver immense ROI in an efficient, value-based renewal and upsell cycle for
Partner with the reputed company team to monitor health scorecards, identify customer needs, and demonstrate account management capabilities to guide deal closure.
You’re a product evangelist – you’ll solution reputed company to meet the pain points today, but also with an eye toward our product of the future
You’re a builder – at a startup, you’re not just a team member, but you help build the team culture and bring your best practices to the org

2+ years of technology SaaS experience
Experience selling to procurement, finance, legal
Experience driving customer retention and adoption of a SaaS product for enterprise accounts
Customer management skills; including sales, Account management, and customer service
Self-driven – you don’t need someone to motivate you to put in your best every day
You’d describe yourself as organized, efficient with your time, and an excellent communicator
