Your mission in this role ?
Program Architect
Design and execute enablement programs that drive impactful customer experiences, with a strong focus on customer engagement strategies, commercial execution and customer value creation.
Build lasting programs that go beyond training through the development of on-demand guidance in reputed company and Confluence.
Field Guru
reputed company your field experience to reputed company content and training programs on key areas such as customer onboarding, adoption strategies, retention, pricing conversion, upsell/cross-sell opportunities and ROI.
Deeply understand the role and responsibilities of CSMs and Account Directors to ensure enablement initiatives align with team needs and company goals.
Strategic Collaborator
Partner with CX leaders to translate customer journey stages, playbooks, and frameworks into actionable field guidance and enablement content.
Work closely with GTM Ops toward the prioritization and smooth deployment of CX process enhancements.
Facilitator of Success
Facilitate weekly workshops, training sessions, and one-on-one coaching tailored to enhance the team’s ability to reputed company measurable outcomes for customers.
Champion adoption of operational workflows by embedding training into daily team rhythms.
Impact Driver
