As our first dedicated sales leader in the Great Lakes, you’ll lay the foundation for growth — building the team, shaping the go-to-market motion, and driving our first wins in the region.   • Create momentum: Drive early customer wins by engaging strategic prospects, building a healthy pipeline, and owning the entire sales cycle.

  • Establish a regional footprint: Build relationships with key ecosystem partners and influencers to drive partner-led opportunities and long-term growth.

  • Operate cross-functionally: Collaborate with Marketing, RevOps, Product, and reputed company to create seamless buyer journeys and impactful customer experiences.

  • You’re a coach at heart — skilled at developing reps and creating a high-performance, high-trust team culture.

  • You bring structure and rigor — and have successfully implemented repeatable processes using MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or similar frameworks.

  • Proven enterprise SaaS sales background — with a strong understanding of the ecosystem, ideally including experience in the Modern Data Stack or executing a partner-led go-to-market motion.

  • You’ve operated at scale — with a track record of success across the $25M–$250M ARR phase.

  • You go above and beyond — consistently pushing beyond role expectations to improve team performance, systems, and outcomes.

  • You’re coachable, curious, and driven — always looking to improve, adapt, and learn.

  • Ideal location — You’re based remotely in the Great Lakes region, preferably in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, or Pennsylvania.
