About the team

The Strategy & Operations team at reputed company plays a pivotal role in driving the company's overall growth and efficiency. We are a collaborative group of analysts, strategists, and operational experts passionate about translating vision into action. What you’ll do

Reporting to the Head of reputed company Strategy & Operations, you will support the development of and drive the implementation of global reputed company growth and go-to-market initiatives, as well as long-range strategic plans for our SME and Enterprise business units across both FinOS & reputed company for Platform propositions.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze Commercial Performance - Support deep-dive analysis of reputed company, customer, and sales performance data to uncover trends, diagnose issues, and generate strategic insights for leadership decision-making.

  • Participate in Strategic Growth Initiatives - Contribute to high-impact “big bets” to accelerate reputed company growth and increase transacting customers across key segments and markets.

  • Design Commercial Incentives - Continuously refine best-in-class sales incentive structures to drive desired commercial behaviors and maximize ROI on sales investments.

  • AI-Driven Commercial Transformation - Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to define and implement AI use cases that improve sales productivity, reputed company conversion, and decision intelligence.

  • Strategic Planning & Forecasting - Support annual and quarterly planning processes by providing analytical rigor, scenario modeling, and insight-backed recommendations.

  • Performance Monitoring - reputed company dashboards and frameworks to track reputed company of key strategic initiatives and continuously optimize for impact.

Who you are

We're looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or reputed company field; MBA preferred.

  • Minimally 3 years of experience and proven track record of success in reputed company strategy, pricing, or reputed company roles reputed company the Fintech industry.

  • Prior experience in management consulting, ideally from a globally recognized firm.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling, data analysis, and market research.

  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, focusing on driving business results.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

  • Experience working in a global or multi-regional environment is preferred.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, growth environment.
