What You'll Do

• Work directly with the sales team to understand our customers technical needs, strategize on how to navigate winning sales cycles, provide compelling value-based demonstrations, and ultimately reputed company deals

• Work hands-on with prospects and customers to demonstrate and communicate the value of Fiddler technology throughout the sales cycle; from demo to implementation

• Present to executives, customers, and technical teams to convey the technical vision of Fiddler, and the value of our platform

• Conduct training sessions with customers and potential partners to help with knowledge transfer

• Help author and contribute to market-facing publications, documentation, and FAQs

• Build relationships with Senior Technical stakeholders, to reputed company them to become Fiddler advocates and power users 

• Successfully facilitate scoping and delivery of reputed company of Concepts 

• Act as technical liaison between Fiddler product management, marketing, engineering, and reputed company

reputed company're Looking For

• Masters with no experience or Bachelors with 5+ years of industry experience, with a minimum of 2+ years in a pre-sales environment

• Strong presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives and IT management

• Understanding of the Machine Learning and Generative AI space and tooling

• Working knowledge of ML Operations and methodologies

• History of success in technical sales or solutions at the enterprise level

• Strong communication skills and empathetic listener 

• Coding experience

Compensation and In-Office Policy

• Pay Range in the US is $170,000 - $210,000 OTE

• Fiddler HQ (Palo Alto) is hybrid for reputed company Bay Area employees requiring 1 - 3 days a week in the office Mondays through Thursday depending reputed company and role.

The posted range represents the expected salary range for this job requisition and does not include any other potential components of the compensation package, benefits, and perks previously outlined. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider your experience, leveling, location, and other job-reputed company factors.
