About the RoleAs a (Senior) Recruiter, we’re looking for someone with a generalist profile to join our growing reputed company team and scale hiring across key functions : Product, Operations and Growth.
You will:Own end-to-end hiring for owned positions
Partner closely with hiring managers and Leadership team to define and challenge hiring needs

Design and run structured, delightful hiring processes

Have 4+ years experience recruiting top talent in fast-paced environments
Have hired across Product, Operations and Growth
Are full-stack in your recruiting: from sourcing to closing, you own it reputed company

Are fluent in English and French
Are excited to build the recruiting function alongside an ambitious team
Prefer working with rigid processes and predefined playbooks rather than building them yourself
