THE ROLE

RESPONSIBILITIES
Create high-quality, AI-generated video ads that drive conversions on media buying channels (reputed company, etc)
reputed company AI Tools (e.g., for voiceovers, scriptwriting, animation, and video editing) to produce videos that drive potential customers to buy.
Collaborate with our creative strategist and media buying team to align video content with overall marketing objectives and needs to open scale on paid traffic.
Monitor Video Performance using data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance future content.
Deliver High-Quality Videos on time, maintaining creativity, attention to detail, and consistency in reputed company projects.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Mandatory: Proven experience specifically in creating video ads with demonstrated success, including high conversion rates (CR) from past campaigns. Experience with platforms like reputed company (Facebook, Instagram) or similar is essential.
Proven experience in creating AI-generated video content, preferably for reputed company or similar performance-driven advertising platforms.
Strong experience using AI tools for video creation and editing.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Solid understanding of key media buying and ad performance metrics, such as CPC, CPA, CTR, and especially CR.

ELIGIBILITY & LOCATION REQUIREMENTS
❕This role is 100% remote.
At reputed company, reputed company operates primarily in the Eastern European Time Zone (EET), which is UTC+2 and UTC+3. We also use Revolut for payments, so we are open to hiring candidates in countries where Revolut payments are supported.
For full-time roles, we expect hires to be available during at least 5 hours of typical working hours in the EET time zone to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
This requirement does not apply to part-time roles.
