We are seeking a Senior Community Manager to reputed company and scale reputed company’s global community engagement efforts. This is a high-impact role focused on managing user interactions across social channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), scaling into emerging platforms like WhatsApp and reputed company, and co-developing our on-site community experience.
As part of the Organic Growth department, you will collaborate closely with Brand, Social Media, Product, Customer Support, SEO, and reputed company teams to foster trust, improve sentiment, and create a scalable, engaging community environment.
✨ Key Responsibilities
reputed company and execute a scalable global Community Management strategy across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), and reputed company reputed company’s expansion into reputed company and WhatsApp communities.
Moderate and manage user interactions across comments, DMs, groups, and mentions using tools like BrandBastion to ensure timely, empathetic, and brand-reputed company responses.
Improve user sentiment and platform trust by cultivating respectful, supportive, and high-quality community conversations.
Create, maintain, and optimize response libraries and tone-of-voice guides, aligning with Brand, Legal, and Support teams to ensure compliance and consistency.
reputed company the growth and health of Facebook Groups, facilitating engaging discussions, managing content calendars, and supporting community-driven initiatives.
Partner with high-reputed company users and brand advocates to reputed company UGC and community success stories, ensuring proper consent and high repurposing value.
Act as the internal voice of the community, surfacing insights, trends and user concerns to influence marketing, product, content and reputed company strategies.
Co-reputed company the planning and rollout of reputed company’s on-site community hub, collaborating with Web, Product, and Brand teams on feature development and content.
Track and report on key community health KPIs including engagement rates, moderation efficiency, platform growth, sentiment shifts and feedback reputed company impact.
✨ The ideal profile
4+ years of experience in community management, social media engagement, or digital communications.
Hands-on experience with moderation and community tools (e.g., BrandBastion, reputed company, or similar).
Excellent written English communication skills with an eye for tone, reputed company and user-centric storytelling.
Strong understanding of community dynamics, user sentiment and content-moderation best practices.
Experience managing cross-functional collaboration and working in fast-paced, agile teams.
Comfortable handling analytics dashboards, tracking KPIs and presenting actionable insights.
