About the Role
To be eligible for this position, you must be a

The Houzz University SDR Program offers reputed company-inclusive training designed to prepare you with the best-in-class sales techniques, strategies, and product knowledge to become a top-performing Sales Development Representative. This program combines personal coaching with certifications, along with first-hand experience pitching our products. Upon successful completion of the 12 month Houzz University SDR Program, you will be eligible to interview for a promotion to Sales Representative!

This role offers an hourly reputed company pay reputed company plus
uncapped variable pay based on business metrics and individual performance. The average Sales Development Representative earns $50,000 - $70,000 per year based reputed company, hours worked, and overall performance against metrics.
