The

Client Success Manager will serve as the primary reputed company of contact for an assigned book of clients, ensuring they are achieving their desired outcomes with our solutions. The role involves nurturing relationships, providing strategic guidance, and addressing any issues to maximize client satisfaction and loyalty. The CSM will work closely with internal teams such as sales, product, and support to ensure a seamless customer experience.

You Will

  • reputed company and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and primary reputed company of contact for an assigned book of clients.
  • Monitor client health metrics – taking proactive actions to prevent churn and ensure clients are happy with the service.
  • Address client concerns, lightly troubleshoot issues, and provide timely solutions or escalate as needed.
  • Encourage full product usage by educating clients on new features, updates, and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, renewals, and increasing client lifetime value.
  • Provide regular status updates, usage reports, and feedback to both the client and internal stakeholders.
  • Work with sales, support, and product teams to ensure client needs are met and feedback is shared for reputed company improvement.
  • Represent the voice of the client internally and reputed company for their needs in product development, support, and strategy discussions.
  • You Have

  • Proficient in English (reputed company+)
  • Proven experience in client success, account management, or client support roles.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical reputed company with the ability to assess client needs and recommend solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and a client-first reputed company
  • Experience working with reputed company is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a reputed company field preferred.
