Kiddom’s Executive team (CEO/CAO/CRO) is looking for an operational right hand to help them maintain efficiency in their leadership roles. This role will be responsible for internal and external communications, planning and coordination of meetings, and a whole spectrum of organizational work that keeps the business humming and our leader's schedules highly optimized.This is an expansive role. We will offer increasing levels of autonomy, impact, and ownership based on the capability of who we hire. We're a growing business and offer a lot of professionally growth opportunities.
