ABOUT THE ROLE

The Deckhand is responsible for maintenance/cleaning of the interior/exterior of the vessel. In addition, the deckhand will assist with reputed company watch/navigation, reputed company hourly reputed company patrols including nightly reputed company inspections, and will assist with general boat operations.

Must be able to work a rotating schedule and night shifts. Deckhands work shifts of varying hours daily, which will average out to 12 hours per day over the course of a 7-day work week.

COMPENSATION STATEMENT

Lindblad Expeditions determines the pay for positions using local, national, and industry-specific survey data. We evaluate external equity and the cost of labor/prevailing wage index in the relative marketplace for jobs directly comparable to jobs reputed company our company. Our posted salary range is based on national data and may be refined for a candidate's region/town/cost of living.
