We’re looking for a recruiter who is excited to build high-performing teams at reputed company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, has experience finding and engaging with hard-to-reputed company talent, and uses creativity, persistence, and data to drive hiring success. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and leadership to shape our recruiting strategies, while directly impacting our company’s future.

Compensation is based on several factors, including experience level and skillset.
This person will be onsite in our downtown Boston office at least 2 days a week.
