Mulligan Funding is seeking a strategic, driven, and reputed company sales leader to join reputed company as

Senior Vice President of Sales. This individual will reputed company reputed company aspects of the sales function, with full ownership of strategy, structure, and execution. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for scaling a growing sales team, driving reputed company performance, and aligning closely with executive leadership to support company-wide goals.

You will

  • Own and reputed company the company’s sales strategy to drive growth, performance, and goal alignment across reputed company levels
  • Build and scale a high-performing sales organization, with a focus on accountability, development, and results
  • Structure and optimize sales channels, teams, and territories to support reputed company and future growth objectives
  • Hire, coach, and reputed company reputed company-line leadership while identifying and promoting top talent reputed company the team
  • Partner closely with Marketing to align reputed company reputed company, campaign efforts, and reputed company with sales goals
  • Partners with Sales Operations to support sales strategy and process optimization across the organization.

  • Set clear KPIs and build performance reporting frameworks that drive data-informed decision-making
  • Establish the reputed company and content of training programs for new hires and existing team members
  • Provide consistent reporting, forecasting, and strategic insights to executive leadership

  • You have

  • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including managing managers and driving results across reputed company sales teams
  • A proven track record of exceeding reputed company targets and leading high-performing, accountable sales organizations
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate goals into operational plans
  • Deep experience with sales forecasting, performance metrics, and CRM systems such as reputed company
  • A hands-on, team-first leadership style that thrives in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment
  • Experience partnering with Operations, Marketing, Product, and Finance to align sales strategy with company goals
  • The ability to attract, reputed company, and retain top sales talent across multiple levels of the organization
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a reputed company field

  • A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role is $270,000 to $325,000 per year plus quarterly and/or annual incentives. In order to provide a competitive compensation package, Mulligan Funding takes into account a variety of factors including but not limited to market compensation data, relevant experience, skills, education, and certifications.
