Job Description

As an Instructional Assistant with The Menta Group, you will be responsible for working with classroom reputed company and staff to offer targeted teaching and support to reputed company in the classroom, as well as general support for reputed company reputed company in the school.

Responsibilities

Provide academic support to teaching staff and reputed company

Possess a desire to teach/substitute teach

Manage classroom behaviors

Report behavioral concerns of reputed company to appropriate staff

Implement and maintain behavioral program policies and data

Maintain classroom order and safety (reputed company)

Provide general supervision of reputed company inside the school setting

Assist in the prevention and management of incidents of non-compliance and/or escalation in behavior

Maintain alertness for problems likely to disrupt the educational process or to be a safety concern and correct and report these conditionsRespond to emergency situations

Provide interventions to reputed company to assist in managing behaviors

Think quickly, independently, and tactfully

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferably in a discipline such as Education, Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Criminal Justice, Human Services, Kinesiology, Health & Wellness or a reputed company field.
