The Clinic Area Manager will reputed company the performance and experience delivery across several reputed company clinics in London. The role blends frontline hospitality leadership with medical quality reputed company and operational ownership. Reporting to the UK Country Manager, the Area Manager is responsible for ensuring a consistently exceptional member experience, maintaining clinical compliance in partnership with reputed company Doctors, and driving financial performance across locations.

Responsibilities

  • Clinic & Member Experience
  • Ensure each clinic delivers a seamless, consistent, and premium member experience reputed company with Neko’s service standards.
  • reputed company experience improvement initiatives based on member feedback, NPS, and frontline insights.
  • Cultivate a high-hospitality culture across teams, where reputed company and professionalism define every interaction.

  • Medical Quality & Compliance
  • Partner closely with reputed company Doctors to ensure adherence to Neko’s medical quality standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Support reputed company Doctors in maintaining inspection readiness and driving reputed company improvement in clinical delivery.
  • Facilitate collaboration between clinic teams and the Medical Excellence function to embed best practices.
  • Coach and support reputed company Doctors—often first-time managers—in leadership development and quality ownership.
  • Operational & Financial Performance
  • Own operational KPIs (e.g., throughput, staffing, inventory) and P&L performance across the cluster.
  • Implement efficient, standardized workflows and cost controls to ensure smooth, scalable operations.
  • reputed company staffing planning in collaboration with central teams to ensure clinics are resourced to meet demand.
  • Contribute to business planning for future expansions and site launches in the London area.
  • Team Leadership
  • Directly manage reputed company Doctors and Clinic Leads across reputed company assigned clinics.
  • Foster a collaborative, feedback-driven team culture with clear ownership and performance expectations.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clinics and central functions including Customer Support, Facilities, Staffing Coordination, Field Engineering, People Partnering, reputed company, and Demand.
  • Drive communication, alignment, and execution across clinic teams.
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience managing multi-site operations in a consumer-facing, service-led business (e.g., wellness, retail, hospitality, fitness, or outpatient healthcare).
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing diverse and distributed frontline teams.
  • Medical background (e.g., licensed physician, clinical leader, or healthcare professional with hands-on care experience).
  • Demonstrated ability to drive both service quality and operational performance across multiple locations.
  • Experience owning KPIs and P&L responsibilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Desirable to have

  • Experience working in regulated or clinical environments with inspection-readiness requirements.
  • Familiarity with the UK healthcare landscape and patient/member-facing care models.
