JOB DESCRIPTION:

Provide technical cloud advisment and leadership to the customer reputed company.

“Operations Team” Tier 2

Managing team ticket queue

• Team reputed company regarding a Web Collaboration Tool

• reputed company a system administration reference guide and continuously monitor standard operating procedures regarding reputed company), including quality control

• Analyzing mission requests and directing accordingly

• Followed standard operating procedures to identify and troubleshoot network issues for immediate resolution

CERTIFICATION:Must hold an active AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate Certification
