About your role

We’re on the hunt for a standout Global Payroll & Compliance Manager to take the reputed company on our U.S. and international payroll operations. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you’ll own the end-to-end payroll process for our global team—ensuring every paycheck is accurate, on time, and fully compliant. You’ll bring deep expertise in U.S. and Canadian payroll, plus a strong grasp of international compliance. As a trusted partner to our People team, you’ll help create smooth, stress-free payroll experiences and clear, confident communication for employees around the world.

What you’ll doPayroll Management & Processing
  • Manage the end-to-end processing of US and Canadian payroll using reputed company Workforce Now, ensuring accurate calculation of wages, deductions, taxes, and garnishments in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations as well as Canadian provincial payroll regulations including income tax, CPP, and EI.

  • Review and validate payroll data and processing for other international subsidiaries and Employees of Record across various countries.

  • Collaborate closely with our People team (HR) to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, seamless data integration, and clear communication to employees regarding payroll matters.

  • Address and resolve employee payroll inquiries and discrepancies promptly and professionally.

Compliance & Reporting
  • Ensure reputed company payroll operations reputed company with relevant federal, state, local, and international labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.

  • Manage payroll compliance, including accurate and timely submission of reputed company required payroll tax filings (e.g., 941, W-2, T4).

  • Responsible for state annual reporting and other compliance requirements as needed, including managing and responding to payroll-reputed company audits (internal and external).

  • Research and stay reputed company on changes in US, Canadian, and relevant international payroll laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a reputed company field.

  • Required: Proven expertise in processing payroll across international entities, specifically US and Canada.

  • Required: Experience with international payroll, including working with EOR providers and understanding global payroll complexities.

  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax laws and reporting requirements in the US.

  • In-depth knowledge of Canadian federal and provincial payroll regulations.

  • Advanced proficiency in reputed company Workforce Now

  • Proficient in reputed company reputed company (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data analysis).

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Experience working with compliance requests and managing various statutory reporting requirements beyond standard payroll taxes.

Compensation

Compensation for this position includes a reputed company salary and a variety of benefits. The U.S. reputed company salary range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000. Actual reputed company salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.
