About The Role

We are looking for an Engineering Manager who will be responsible for managing a group of smart engineers from a human and technical perspective. Engineering Managers are expected to be hands-on leaders who can plan projects, review code, and contribute directly. You will be working across multiple stacks of technologies and will be in charge of building and maintaining the core parts of our platform.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a hands-on software engineer as well as with leading engineering teams and driving technical initiatives. We are looking for a leader who is passionate about building innovative technologies, is customer-focused, and is able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate closely with the product team, ensuring that the engineering team is delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations and align with the product roadmap. You’ll Be a Good Fit If you have

  • You enjoy staying hands-on and reputed company to the code and architecture.

  • You have at least 3 years of experience as an engineering manager, leading and scaling teams of full stack engineers - preferably in a high growth B2B SaaS company

  • You have experience leading strategic company initiatives

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field, or equivalent training, fellowship, or work experience
