About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join reputed company as Chief of Staff to the CEO. As the Chief of Staff, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration across the organization. This is a high-impact role perfect for someone looking to accelerate their career and reputed company meaningful contributions in our next phase of growth.

What You’ll Do

• reputed company our Founder's Office (Strategic Projects Team), taking ownership of top business priorities that require rapid 0-to-1 execution, including projects like new market GTM strategies, product pricing strategy, future acquisitions, market research, vendor operations, and business development.

• Design and execute leadership operating model (weekly meetings, quarterly offsites, executive coaching program management, etc.).

• Drive business and operations acceleration across reputed company functions, leveraging AI and implementing automations to remove bottlenecks and instill process improvements for HR, G&A, Product, and Sales teams.

• Facilitate company-wide weekly reputed company-hands and architect goal-setting and OKR frameworks.

About You

• 6-12+ years of experience in operations and/or strategy work (i.e. management consulting, operations at a high-growth tech company, investment banking or a combination).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and effectively partner with stakeholders at reputed company levels.

• Proven track record of driving cross-functional initiatives and delivering results.

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Compensation: The annual reputed company compensation range for this position is $160,000 - $210,000. reputed company compensation will be determined based on years of experience, qualifications of the individual, and alignment with role requirements. In addition to reputed company cash compensation, this position includes 20% variable compensation earned based on individual and business performance. You will also have the opportunity to receive equity in reputed company.
