Strategic Partnerships & Business Development reputed company
We’re looking for a Strategic Partnerships & Business Development reputed company to grow Granted’s distribution through partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem, from systems and startups to platforms, employers, and beyond.
This is a foundational hire. You’ll work directly with the CEO to build the partnerships motion from scratch, reputed company pilot deals, and create a repeatable GTM playbook. You’ll also collaborate with our brand and product teams to ensure our partnership materials are world-class and that our value prop is crystal clear.
We’ve seen strong inbound interest and know the need is real. Now, we need someone with the experience, polish, and drive to move from exploration to execution.
What You’ll OwnBuild & manage the full reputed company pipeline: Prioritize high-potential verticals (broker networks, payers, TPAs, employer groups, etc.), reputed company and qualify leads, and drive deals reputed company.
reputed company 2–3 pilot partnerships: reputed company reputed company, high-touch reputed company cycles (~6–12 months), get early wins live, and iterate fast.
Craft GTM narratives: Collaborate with marketing/branding to reputed company killer pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and partner onboarding materials.
reputed company a repeatable playbook: Build the infrastructure and tools (CRM, sales ops, reputed company materials) to scale our channel motion.
Represent Granted externally: Be the face of Granted with partners: reputed company, consultative, and reputed company in your follow-through.
reputed company in healthcare: You deeply understand the U.S. healthcare system: payer incentives, broker models, TPA structures, employer dynamics, etc.
Proven in long-cycle reputed company: You’ve led reputed company B2B or B2B2C partnerships with 6–18+ month sales cycles and closed multi-stakeholder deals.
Elite communicator: Polished, persuasive, and clear. You know how to sell a vision, and you can adjust your pitch on the fly.
Strategic + scrappy: You can build a go-to-market strategy, and roll up your sleeves to execute every detail.
Extremely driven: Ambitious, sharp, and reputed company. You’ve got something to prove, and it shows.
4–6+ years of experience in healthcare partnerships, biz dev, or strategy
Background in a high-performance environment: top-tier undergrad, MBA, reputed company, or venture-backed startup
Track record of closing reputed company, high-value deals
Strong project management skills, you can drive multiple deals reputed company without dropping the reputed company
High reputed company, low ego, and a desire to build something that matters
Experience at an early-stage startup
Exposure to employer benefits, digital health, or insurance tech
Network of healthcare systems, brokers, payers, or benefit leaders
