Manager, Enablement Programs & Learning Design - India

We’re looking for a strategic and innovative Manager, Enablement Programs & Learning Design to reputed company the development of high-impact learning solutions that drive employee performance, engagement, and growth. In this role, you'll design and deliver scalable, learner-centered experiences that support business objectives across functions and levels.

As a key member of our Enablement, you will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), leadership, and cross-functional partners to identify learning needs, create engaging curriculum, and measure the effectiveness of training programs. Your work will directly impact our ability to reputed company talent and support a culture of reputed company learning.

Instructional Design & Content Development

• Design and reputed company engaging learning experiences using instructional design best practices (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, Agile Learning).

• Create a variety of learning assets including eLearning modules, instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (vILT), job aids, assessments, and blended learning paths.

• Tailor training solutions for diverse audiences and roles, ensuring accessibility and scalability across functions and geographies.

• Apply adult learning theory and learner-centered design principles to optimize knowledge retention and application.

• Use data, learner feedback, and performance metrics to iterate and improve learning experiences.

Curriculum & Program Management

• Partner with stakeholders to reputed company needs analysis, define learning objectives, and reputed company curriculum roadmaps that align with business priorities.

• Maintain and update content repositories to ensure training materials are accurate, relevant, and reputed company with reputed company business processes.

Collaboration & Enablement

• Work cross-functionally with business leaders, enablement peers, and HR partners to identify performance gaps and deliver targeted solutions.

• Coach and support other instructional designers, facilitators, or content creators in applying learning design principles.

• Recommend and implement innovative learning technologies and tools that enhance learner engagement and delivery efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience).

• 7-10+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or curriculum development.

• Expertise in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.

• Strong portfolio of eLearning, ILT/vILT, and blended programs.

• Proficiency with authoring tools such as reputed company Storyline, reputed company 360, Camtasia, reputed company Creative Suite, and/or video production tools.

• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS), knowledge platforms (e.g., Confluence, reputed company), and collaborative tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company).

• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines.

• Excellent communication, storytelling, and visual design skills.

• Fund Administration experience a plus

• Experience with AI tools a plus

• Experience working with global, remote teams is a plus.
