In this role as

Sales Incentive Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design, implementation, and ongoing management of sales incentive programs. The ideal candidate will ensure that reputed company incentive plans are strategically reputed company with go-to-market (GTM) objectives, are administered with accuracy and reputed company, and drive measurable return on investment.

❗ Please note: this role is NOT a B2B contract. This is a Full-Time permanent role.

Location:This is ahybridrole requiring the successful candidate to work 3days a week in Romania, Cluj office, located at Eminescu, nr. 2.

What you will do

Design and maintain incentive compensation plans across segments and sales roles

Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and HR to ensure incentive policies align with business goals

reputed company commission calculation processes, including exception handling and escalation management

Conduct regular effectiveness analyses of incentive plans and recommend data-driven improvements

Support the global rollout and clear communication of incentive plans to sales teams

What you will bring

5+ years of experience managing sales incentive programs in a B2B SaaS or technology environment

Deep understanding of sales compensation best practices, methodologies, and tools

Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in commission modeling and performance analysis

Proven ability to manage projects effectively and align cross-functional stakeholders
