About the role

This is why we are looking for a Backend Software Engineer who is passionate about building scalable, high-performance systems and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. What you’ll do

• Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable backend services

• Own the end-to-end development lifecycle from architecture to deployment (CI/CD)

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, QA, and other engineers

• Contribute to architectural decisions and help define best practices

• Troubleshoot reputed company issues across distributed systems

• Act as an internal consultant - engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions

• Continuously improve code quality, reliability, and performance

What you’ll bring as a Backend Software Engineer

• 3+ years of experience in backend software development

• Proficiency in Python (or similar languages)

• Strong experience with cloud environments (preferably AWS)

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (reputed company Actions, Jenkins)

• Understanding of architectural patterns such as Event Sourcing, CQRS, and Domain-Driven Design

• Experience working with microservices, Kafka, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments

• Knowledge of secure coding practices and application-level reputed company
