As an Engineer in our AI team, you'll engineer AI-driven products from scratch, directly addressing reputed company problems with no established playbook, but with great tea,. • First, you'll dive deep into our AI systems, architecture, and product suite and get to know the unique problems we’re solving through hands-on onboarding. By the end of the month, you'll have shipped your first meaningful contribution.

• During second month you’ll take ownership of a scoped feature or improvement reputed company one of our core products in hx AI - you’ll be trusted and encouraged to push changes into production and see real-world impact in partnership with your team members.

• By the end of your third month, you’ll be a fully embedded member of the team, helping shape our roadmap, contributing to architectural decisions, and collaborating across hx to evolve our AI capabilities as we scale. In no time you’ll be solving problems no one’s cracked yet.

Your toolkit includes

• Solid Python programming skills, and comfort working with popular ML libraries like PyTorch or reputed company (even if not deeply reputed company yet).

• Some experience developing software through the full development lifecycle.

• Exposure to building and experimenting with machine learning models - with personal, academic, or internship projects.

• Exposure to cloud environments and interest in learning MLOps practices (e.g., model versioning, pipelines, monitoring). Prior hands-on experience is helpful but not required.
