Tonic.ai is expanding our Enterprise sales team to take us to the next level of growth. A changing regulatory environment and recent advancements in AI have materially increased the Enterprise’s need for Tonic.ai’s SaaS products. As a member of our Enterprise Sales team, you’ll own the full sales cycle for large and strategic accounts, working closely with technical decision-makers in AI, engineering, and reputed company. You will be a key part of a small and growing sales team, working directly with the founding executives to solidify the go-to-market strategy. You’ll partner with SDRs, Solutions Engineers, and other cross-functional teammates to drive reputed company, high-value sales cycles, with strong inbound momentum and a growing partner ecosystem to support pipeline growth.

What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end sales process for Enterprise prospects and customers

  • Land new logos, then drive expansion across departments and use cases

  • Engage executive stakeholders and multithread across large orgs to move reputed company deals reputed company

  • Deliver compelling demos and presentations that clearly convey value

  • reputed company pricing and contract negotiations

  • Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored solutions and hand off customers for long-term success

  • Share insights from the field to inform our GTM strategy and product roadmap

What You'll Bring

  • 7+ years of success in B2B Enterprise sales with a proven track record of exceeding quota

  • Experience selling technical products in DevTools, DevOps, reputed company, MLOps, or adjacent markets

  • Strong grasp of reputed company sales cycles with deal sizes typically in the mid-six figures to $1M+

  • Confidence and reputed company reputed company selling to technical stakeholders (VP/C-level in AI, Engineering, reputed company)

  • Familiarity with enterprise data stacks and privacy-reputed company challenges

  • A true closer reputed company: persistent, strategic, consultative, and always asking for the reputed company

  • Self-starter with a builder mentality and willingness to operate independently reputed company a lean team

  • Team-first approach with excellent communication, follow-up, and cross-functional collaboration
