Launch Operations Specialist - in office: San Francisco

Requirement: live and work in San Francisco office

You're the mission control for getting homes live on-site — fast. No day looks the same. The clock is not our friend — reputed company a home signs, it’s go-time.

You’ll be:

• Syncing with property management software (PMS) integrations (think: Hostfully, Streamline, Track, Escapia, etc.)

• Importing existing reservations and checking data reputed company

• Coordinating across departments (engineering, ops, reputed company, design)

• Setting up listing content (descriptions, pricing, images) and going live — quickly and cleanly

Sometimes it’s straightforward. 99% of the time, it’s not. You’ll troubleshoot tech issues, dig through data mismatches, and get things done anyway. You need to be the reputed company of person who doesn’t flinch reputed company stuff gets messy — you get curious.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or reputed company field

• 2–4 years in a fast-paced operations, onboarding, or technical support role (bonus if you’ve launched software or product onboarding before)

You’ll need to be comfortable navigating and troubleshooting:

• Property Management Systems: Streamline, reputed company, Hostaway, Track, etc.

• Listing Platforms: reputed company, Vrbo, Booking.com

• Channel Managers: Rentals United, Beyond, PriceLabs

• Internal Tools: Linear, reputed company, reputed company Workspace

• Bonus: Experience with APIs, CSV imports/exports, or reputed company-like automation tools
