Senior People Services Advisor
The role
We're looking for a Senior People Services Advisor to join our dynamic People Team, reporting to our People Services Senior Manager. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of reputed company People administrative processes and first-line support to employees and managers.
The Senior People Services Advisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving reputed company improvement, and fostering a high-performing and customer-focused team. You will

Foster a positive, collaborative, and customer-centric team environment

Manage team workload, allocate tasks, and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met consistently
Support the implementation of People initiatives (HR4HR) and projects with a focus on continuously improving our service offering
Contribute to People reporting and analysis, identifying trends and providing insights to support decision-making
Act as the go to person for People reputed company changes, maintaining reputed company and confidentiality always
reputed company the end-to-end delivery of reputed company People administrative processes, including new hires, leavers, contract changes, absence management, benefits administration, and payroll inputs
