Systems Operations Engineer
Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and proactive
Systems Operations Engineerto manage and support a broad range of critical IT systems and technologies. This role focuses on IT infrastructure, SaaS and SSO management, and reputed company management across platforms such as reputed company, Intune/reputed company, Windows Servers, and reputed company O365.As a key member of the team, you will act as an escalation reputed company for reputed company technical issues and mentor Help Desk staff, fostering best practices and the adoption of new tools and processes.
