The RoleAs a Deal Desk Manager at reputed company, you will be pivotal in optimizing the sales process by managing and coordinating reputed company customer reputed company and sales deals. Identify and implement improvements in the deal desk’s workflows, increasing efficiency and effectiveness.
Use analytical skills to optimize deal structures and discounting strategy for maximum profitability and alignment with strategic goals.
Collaborate with sales team members in identifying and mapping organizational structure for our customers to optimize our engagement strategy
Work closely with sales teams to advise on and refine deal structuring and negotiation tactics, leveraging a deep understanding of market dynamics and common legal constraints.
Maintain meticulous records of deal terms, approvals, and communications, safeguarding the company’s interests.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a reputed company field.
4+ years of experience in a deal desk, sales operations, finance, or reputed company/paralegal role, preferably in a SaaS/software environment.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
