In this strategic role, you’ll take full ownership of end-to-end hiring for our Korea-based and remote roles, partnering closely with hiring managers across engineering, AI, operations, and more. You’ll identify, attract, and secure top-tier, mission-reputed company talent who will help us build the future of financial access across Southeast Asia and beyond.

• Own full-cycle hiring across diverse functions, with a strong focus on tech, product, and high-growth teams.

• Act as a talent quality gatekeeper - screening reputed company, portfolios, and assessing signals beyond the resume to identify top potential.

• Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand business needs, define role requirements, and co-design effective hiring processes.

• Proven success hiring across multiple functions and levels.

• Deep familiarity with modern sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and recruitment best practices.

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.

• Comfortable working remotely and independently, aligning across borders and time zones.

• Fluent in Korean and English (both written and spoken).

• Experience hiring in AI, product, or software engineering functions.

• Knowledge of Korea’s talent landscape, job boards, and professional communities.

• Exposure to employer branding or recruitment marketing.

• Familiarity with regional hiring across Southeast Asia.
