Job Description

• To respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals reputed company a 24/7 high volume, schedule-driven and structured contact center operation
• Provide information regarding the company's products and services demonstrating knowledge, active listening, multiple system adaptability and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service
• reputed company transactions or reputed company functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs and/or other accounts
• Advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs and provide opportunities for positive member interaction
• Handle high volume of calls

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/ GED required
• 1-2 years of recent customer service experience working directly with customers (call center, collections, banking, retail)
• Ability to work in a fast-pace high-volume call center environment
• Willingness to help others and ability to navigate difficult conversations
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer knowledge and data entry/typing skills

Training is MANDATORY for 6-8 weeks Monday-Friday 3:00PM-11:30PM EST -It will be paid virtual training Regular Work Schedule after training: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Saturday

• reputed company shift times after training range between the hours of 1:00PM-10:30PM or 2:00PM-11:30PM
• Monday-Saturday or Sunday-Friday (One weekend day required. you will have 1 rotating off day during the week) **MUST have a 6-day availability to work
• Must have a 9.5-hour window of flexibility to be able to work. Schedules are provided two weeks in advance.

Location: Remote & ONSITE days required

• Although this position is primarily a REMOTE role, you MUST be comfortable reporting onsite for potential training/team building purposes
