We seek a dynamic, persuasive, and results-driven Remote Enterprise Business Development Representative (BDR) eager to open doors and spark meaningful conversations with senior marketers at top-tier U.S. companies. The RoleAs our Enterprise BDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for CMOs, VPs of Marketing, and senior brand leaders. Your mission? Get their attention, get them curious, and get them talking to our unique content marketing strategists. Reporting to Skyword’s Chief Strategy Officer, you’ll embark on a high-impact, outbound-focused role that requires creativity, resilience, and a strategic mindset. You’ll work closely with marketing to craft compelling outreach campaigns and partner with our strategists to deliver meetings that convert. Key ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do
  • Research and identify high-value target accounts (U.S. companies with $500M+ in annual revenue)
  • Craft personalized, compelling outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calling, video, etc.) to senior marketing leaders
  • Run multi-touch outbound campaigns to break through and earn attention
  • Qualify interest and schedule discovery meetings with our content marketing strategists
  • Collaborate with marketing to iterate and optimize your messaging and sequences
  • Track activity and performance 
  • Stay sharp on industry trends, buyer pain points, and competitor positioning
You Are
  • A consultative seller and strong communicator with executive presence and a strong business sense—you’re confident reaching out to CMOs and senior decision-makers
  • Creative and strategic—able to tailor messaging and outreach to resonate with complex buyers
  • Persistent and self-motivated—you thrive on challenges and love the chase
  • Curious and fast-learning—you pick up new ideas quickly and enjoy staying on top of technology, business, and marketing trends
  • Organized and data-driven—you know your numbers and use them to guide your actions
Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseQualifications
  • 4-8+ years of experience in outbound B2B sales or lead generation, preferably in marketing, SaaS, or agency services
  • Proven success in setting meetings with senior-level executives
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator 
  • Understanding content marketing, brand strategy, or digital marketing is a big plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Ready to break through the noise? Let’s talk. The salary range for this position is 85k-100k with an uncapped OTE of 150k . Our compensation philosophy strives for competitive and equitable salaries in order to hire, retain and reward high performing employees. Skyword benchmarks U.S. based roles against the national market with a focus on employers with funding size and round comparable to that of Skyword, regardless of US work location. Our salary range determinations are based on ensuring we are competitive for our size and industry, actual ranges for current/former employees in the same position, market data, budgetary considerations, as well as the applicant’s background, relevant experience, and qualifications.
