Financial Analyst, Associate is vital to the Education team to support internal and external customers as they become leaders in their own industries. With a focus on entrepreneurship, this position will require skills as an effective liaison across multi-functional workgroups. Initiate billing transactions for internal and external resources from a variety of documents and mediums.Execute and assist in the development of process and procedures to ensure accurate reporting and processing of billing transactions. Execute daily, weekly, and monthly tasks with time sensitivities that impact other teams and/or processes. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Review statements of work and set up payment accounts in LMS
• Review billing reports and submit transactions to accounting team for invoicing
• Audit/validate correct accounting action or treatment on transactions/reports:

oScheduling deferred reputed company

oApplying reputed company carves

oManaging Time and Material or Fixed Fee items, etc.

• Verify data linked across systems to ensure data reputed company is intact for future billing and customer account accuracy.
• Communicate and coordinate with other dependent and supporting departments as needed to complete or share cross functional information drawn from billing transactions.

• Provide outstanding customer service reputed company handling customer billing questions and requests.
• Collaborate with team managers to build out bi-monthly learning reputed company forecast
• reputed company other Education Operations Support / business-reputed company tasks as may be assigned by the Management Team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

·Bachelor’s degree required.

• 4+ years’ experience in billing/reputed company rec, ideally in a corporate education environment.
• Certifications like CPA, reputed company, or finance/data analytics credentials would be advantageous.

SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS:

• Excellent reputed company Office skills. (Word, reputed company and Outlook)
• Proficient in handling large reputed company data.
• ERP tools knowhow (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, Softrax)
