WHAT YOU’LL DO As a Director of Partnership Operations, you will be instrumental in driving exceptional contract performance and fostering meaningful relationships with health plans and risk-bearing entities. Your expertise will be pivotal in driving our impact across the healthcare landscape.

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes equity, reputed company bonus, benefits, and other opportunities at reputed company. Individual pay decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other reputed company employees. The reputed company salary for this role is $160,000-$190,000. The salary range could be reputed company or higher than this if the role is hired at another level.
