Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Senior Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile principles and practices, with a proven track record of leading multiple teams in delivering business outcomes. As a Senior Scrum Master, you will facilitate the agile process, coach teams, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of business outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile Events: Organize and facilitate reputed company agile events ensuring that the events are positive, productive, kept reputed company the timebox and ensure teams follow the agile spirit and practice.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or a reputed company field

• Proven experience leading multiple teams and managing reputed company projects
• Prior experience in the role of project manager preferred.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent certification; SAFe Scrum Master, Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) preferred
• Ability to travel up to 10% between sites

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
• Proficient in agile project management tools (reputed company Process, JIRA and Confluence).
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

The salary range for this role is
