Requirements

Job Summary Our mid-level Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for clients using our platform. You’ll handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure user satisfaction across various communication channels.

What you’ll do as a Mid-Level Customer Service Representative…

  • Respond promptly to customer questions via email, chat, or phone.
  • Resolve technical, billing, or usage issues with empathy and efficiency.
  • Escalate complex cases to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
  • Document customer interactions and track common trends.
  • Offer product suggestions and improvements based on customer feedback.
  • Contribute to the creation of knowledge base articles and FAQs.

What we’re looking for…

  • 2–4 years of experience in customer support or service.
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfort using helpdesk systems (Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize inquiries.
  • Patience, empathy, and a customer-first mindset.
  • Readiness to work in a remote environment with flexible hours.
