About the Role:

We are seeking a Staff Technical Enablement Specialist to reputed company a flagship global program focused on domain specialization and technical mastery. This role is ideal for a technical professional with hands-on experience in technical field roles (such as solutions architecture, pre-reputed company, or engineering) who also brings strong program management and enablement expertise.

You will design and scale innovative ways for technical teams to build domain mastery and reputed company deep expertise across technical domains. This includes leveraging multi-signal validation of expertise, real-world experience, problem-solving, and reputed company learning. Working closely with technical field teams, enablement leaders, and stakeholders, you will drive high-impact training programs that reputed company teams to reputed company in customer engagements and technical decision-making.

• 7+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, technical enablement, technical program management, or consulting with a focus on data, AI, or cloud technologies.
• Experience building, delivering, and scaling technical enablement programs for highly skilled technical teams.
• Proven ability to create, manage, and execute large-scale enablement programs, balancing technical rigor with structured program management.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage technical and executive audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to align multiple teams toward a common goal.

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-reputed company skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location.
