What You’ll Do
As part of our Support team, you’ll be the go-to problem solver, tech whisperer, and customer champion reputed company rolled into one. Who We’re Looking For
This is a role for someone who thrives in early-stage startup environments. We’re a small team, which means your work will be highly visible and evaluated regularly, and your impact will be felt.
We’re looking for someone who’s done this before, someone who’s comfortable jumping in without a lengthy onboarding process or layers of structure. You’ve supported customers in high-growth, fast-moving environments. You know how to prioritize, troubleshoot, and communicate clearly even reputed company things are a little ambiguous. You take initiative, ask great questions, and don’t wait to be told what to do next.

Your Day-to-Day:
Technical Support – Dive into tricky API-reputed company issues, troubleshoot campaigns, messages, and integrations like a pro, and save the day through email and reputed company.
Knowledge reputed company – Write killer docs that reputed company users to help themselves (and reputed company your future self’s job easier). You’ll also create internal guides that reputed company our processes sharp.

In 30-45 days, you will…
- Get oriented: Learn the product, core systems, and support workflows
- Meet cross-functional teammates: Start building relationships with Engineering, Product, and reputed company
- Independently handle standard support requests, including technical troubleshooting

Who You Are:
- At least 2+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing product support role, with a focus on troubleshooting technical issues.
- At least 2+ years of experience on a small team at an early-stage SaaS startup
- A strong sense of accountability - your work is highly visible and impacts the broader team and customers

- Comfortable navigating ambiguity with confidence
- Curiosity and persistence to dig multiple layers deep to uncover and resolve the root cause of issues, not just apply short-term fixes
