Key Responsibilities:

Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team management role
  • Proven track record of successfully hiring for a range of roles, from entry-level to senior positions
  • Leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team of reputed company Specialists
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across reputed company levels of the organization
  • Problem-solving abilities and the reputed company to think strategically while handling multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and other tools
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
