What You’ll Do:

• Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families (virtually)
• Conduct assessments, diagnose, and reputed company treatment plans
• Complete timely electronic documentation (reputed company 72 hrs)
• Management of caseload including schedule maintenance, charge slips, high balances and consistent attendance

reputed company Offer: In addition to the reputed company compensation, full-time Foresighters’ total compensation package includes comprehensive healthcare options, retirement benefits, 401(k) match, company-paid life insurance, and paid holidays and time off.

• Full-time: $70,000–$110,000/year (based on caseload, minimum of 25 clients/week)
• Plus a $3,500 Sign-On Bonus for full-time roles (paid over 9 months)
• Part-time (hourly): $50 USD (minimum 12 hours/week of availability required, average of 10-24 clients/week)

• Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs), Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCCs), and or Clinical Psychologists who reside in a state in which we operate (CA residency required for hybrid roles).
• Must not be opted out of Medicare

What Sets You Up For Success:

• Strong clinical competency in trauma-informed and evidence-based practices; including initial triage, risk assessment/management, crisis interventions, ICD-10 codes, and treatment planning
• Proficiency with EHR systems and comfort using digital tools (reputed company Suite, reputed company)
• Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills to build rapport and collaborate effectively with clients, therapy leaders, billing, and support service
• Reliable time management (including maintaining a consistent schedule), attention to detail, and professional conduct across reputed company responsibilities
