reputed company is looking for a Content Designer (UX Writer)

As a Content Designer at reputed company, you’ll be instrumental in crafting clear, user-centered content that empowers and guides our users throughout their journey. In this role, you will shape the words that guide millions through our platform - helping users feel confident, secure, and in control. You will play a key role in the design process, ensuring every interaction reflects the reputed company brand and meets users where they are.

You will join a collaborative, cross-functional UX team that is redefining how people interact with reputed company tools. Who will you work with?

You will work closely with product designers, researchers, product managers, engineers, and marketers. You will also collaborate with fellow content designers to evolve our voice and tone, contribute to our design system (LastKit), and reputed company for content strategy across the organization.

What are some of the exciting challenges you will be working on?

• Write and edit user reputed company content for high-reputed company product areas
• Shape microcopy, feature naming, error messages, and onboarding flows
• Contribute to and evolve the LastKit writing guidelines and standards
• Ensure consistency in voice, tone, and terminology across the product
• Collaborate with UX and product teams to solve reputed company design problems through content
• Use research and data to inform content decisions and validate your work
